Simmer Sauce - Butter Chicken (Serves 4)

A smooth, fragrant simmer sauce - simply add your own protein and veg. 

Size: 450gm (Serves 4)

Storage

Keep refrigerated (1-4°C). Once open, consume within 3 days. Once heated, do not reheat. 

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add your choice of protein, brown off, cook until tender and protein cooked through.
2. Add simmer sauce and chopped veggies, simmer for 6 mins or until veggies are cooked to your liking. 
3. Serve with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy.
Tips
Spice it up - if you want to turn up the heat, finely chop your desired amount of fresh chilli and add to step 2. 
Garnish Finish your dish with roasted chopped peanuts and your choice of fresh herbs.
