Ingredients (Serves 2) 

  • x1 pack Foxes Den Beetroot Salad  

  • x1 pack Peter Bouchier beef & beetroot patties  

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil  

Optional (Recommended) 

  • Goat’s feta (we use Meredith’s Valley)  

  • Lemon wedge  

 

Method 

1. Cook the patties 
Heat a grill pan or frying pan over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. 

Cook patties for ~4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely caramelised. 

Remove from heat and rest briefly. 

To Serve 

Plate the Foxes Den Beetroot Salad. 
Sprinkle over the sliced almonds and drizzle with the vinaigrette included in the pack. 

Top with beef & beetroot patties (whole or sliced). 

Finish with: 

  • Crumbled goat feta  

  • Salt and pepper to taste  

  • Optional squeeze of lemon
