We deliver to VIC on Tuesday and Fridays (Some VIC suburbs will be Friday delivery only). Deliveries to NSW are Saturdays. They will be delivered between 7am and 6pm at the latest. If no one is at home to accept the order, as per policy, it will be left in a safe place.
Our shipping is $15 flat rate.
Foxes Den delivers across Victoria, NSW and ACT. Check we deliver to you by entering your postcode in the postcode checker.
Yes. Our minimum order is $80.
We do not claim gluten-free, although we have many options made with ingredients that do not contain gluten.
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten; however, we take great care to prevent cross-contamination. Any meals that have gluten in the ingredients will have this identified in the allergen statement.
Yes our meals and soups can be frozen.
Meals for 1 - Can be frozen and reheated for 6.5 mins.
Meals for 2 - Can be frozen and reheated for 8 mins.
Our soups can be frozen and reheated a few ways:
- By half filling a pot with water and bring to a boil and submerging frozen soup packet into the boiling water for 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Flip pouch occasionally to ensure even heat circulation.
- Cut a small opening at each corner of the pouch. Place pouch in a microwave safe vessel in an upright position.
- Microwave on high for 10 mins or until heated through. Carefully pour contents out into a bowl and enjoy!You can also also defrost the soup in your refrigerator and heat as normal.
Our production kitchen is based in Moorabbin, Melbourne where all our meals are produced.
Yes. All chicken sourced and used in our products is free-range and chemical free.
