Preparation

Storage:

Keep refrigerated (1-4C)
Once open, consume within 3 days

Microwave: 

Heat on high in the microwave for 2.5-3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal). Let the meal stand for 1 min, allowing the balloon to subside. Carefully remove lidding film, allowing any steam to safely escape. Fluff rice and enjoy! 

This product is suitable to freeze

Freeze within 3 days before use by date. Once frozen, to be kept for up to 3 months in the freezer. Microwave from frozen and to be consumed immediately. Do not refreeze. 

  1. Heat on high in microwave (1100W) for 6 minutes 30 seconds or until heated thoroughly.
  2. Let the meal stand for 1 minute.

Peel off film and enjoy

Jasmine Rice (32.5%), coconut milk, coconut cream, free range chicken (16.6%), zucchini (8.07%), water, baby corn, green curry paste (4.3%) (lemongrass, garlic, red onion, green chilli, galangal, coriander, turmeric, lime, shrimp paste, krachai, coriander seed, white pepper, cumin seeds, salt), green bean (1.6%), canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, fish sauce (anchovy), palm sugar, tamarind (preservative 211), coriander, kaffir lime (0.16%).
