Buckwheat soba noodle (18.8%) (wheat, buckwheat, salt, yam powder), green tea soba noodle (18.8%) (wheat, buckwheat, salt, green tea powder), edamame (soy) (16.9%), apple (12%), cucumber (11.2%), lemongrass dressing (9.2%) (canola oil, ginger, lemongrass, palm sugar, white wine vinegar (sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt, black tea, xanthan gum) cashew nut (5.9%), sesame oil (2.2%), black sesame seeds (1.8%),  spring onion (1.3%), coriander (1%), chilli (0.7%).

My favourite salad now home delivered

I discovered this salad in your Elwood store ( now closed) when visiting my daughter and always wanted to learn how to make it. Imagine my joy finding ou you home deliver and it still tastes as delicious as I remember. Thankyou for all your meals, everything is so amazing and wholesome, most of all I don’t have to stress if I’m short on time as I still have the healthiest, most delicious meals on hand.

The best soba noodle salad ever!

So excited to see I can now get my favourite soba noodle salad delivered to my door!! This salad is perfect on its own or with a can of tuna for a protein boost. Love the freshness and blend of flavours and it keeps well for a few days. The peanut dressing is delicious!!!
