Storage:

Keep refrigerated (1-4C)
Once open, consume immediately. Do not reheat. 

Microwave:

Heat on high in microwave for 3 mins or until heated through. Let stand for 1 min then carefully remove lidding film. Stir to ensure even heat distribution. Enjoy!

Freeze within 3 days before use by date. Once frozen, to be kept for up
to 3 months in the freezer. Microwave from frozen and to be consumed
immediately. DO NOT REFREEZE

1. Heat on high in microwave (1100W) for 6 mins 30 secs
   minutes or until heated thoroughly.
2. Let the meal stand for 1 minute.
3. Peel off film and enjoy!
