Enjoy the fragrant flavours of our Massaman Simmer Sauce paired with pork! There's no limits to what you can add and change to create your own masterpiece - simple made meals that have a restaurant quality taste.
You will need:
- One Foxes Den Massaman Curry Simmer Sauce pouch
- Oil
- 500g of pork mince (you can use other cuts eg. belly or chops too)
- 5 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 3 onions
- 1 cup peanuts
- Other vegetables you can add to this curry:
- cauliflower
- eggplant
- zucchini
- green beans
- carrot
- asparagus
- spinach
- Coriander for garnish
Method:
- Slice the potatoes, carrots, onions, and pork into large chunks, as usually for a stew.
- Heat up oil in a pot and cook the pork, when it is nearly finished add in the Foxes Den Massaman Curry Simmer Sauce.
- Add in the potatoes, carrots, peanuts, onions and any other vegetables you like. If the sauce is too thick for your liking, you can add in some water or stock to thin it out.
- Stew for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft
Serve with white rice and garnish with coriander.
