No Chicken Butter Chicken

An Indian classic dish with a vegetarian twist! So easy, it will be ready in 15 mins

You will need:

  • x1 Foxes Den Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce pouch
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 package firm tofu
  • 1 package paneer
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

Method:

  1. Cut the paneer and tofu into cubes. Heat up a bit of oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat and fry the cauliflower, tofu and paneer cubes in batches, until golden. 
  2. Pour in the Foxes Den simmer sauce and chickpeas simmer for 6 minutes 
  3. Pour in cream (optional) and top with coriander

Enjoy with rice and naan
