An Indian classic dish with a vegetarian twist! So easy, it will be ready in 15 mins
You will need:
- x1 Foxes Den Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce pouch

Oil for frying
- 1 package firm tofu
- 1 package paneer
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
Method:
- Cut the paneer and tofu into cubes. Heat up a bit of oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat and fry the cauliflower, tofu and paneer cubes in batches, until golden.
- Pour in the Foxes Den simmer sauce and chickpeas simmer for 6 minutes
- Pour in cream (optional) and top with coriander
Enjoy with rice and naan
