A creamy noodle dish with succulent ground chicken, perfect for the whole family on cooler nights. Bring Asia to your kitchen in 20 mins!
You will need:
- One Foxes Den Miso Satay Simmer Sauce pouch
- 500g chicken mince
- Oil
- One onion
- 2 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 inch of ginger - chopped
- Soy sauce
- Noodles - can be ramen, vermicelli, flat rice noodles (whatever you prefer)
- Gochujang paste - this is not crucial but adds so much flavour - it's a sweet, spicy Korean fermented chili paste and is super savoury and rich
- Fish sauce
- Coriander
- Fresh chilli
- Fresh lime - sliced
- Peanuts - roughly chopped
Method:
- Add the oil and onion and sauté until translucent. Then add gochujang paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and fish sauce to create a base
- Cook your chicken mince in a pan until lightly browned
- Add your Foxes Den Miso Satay Simmer Sauce. Leave the sauce to simmer for a few minutes, then add your noodles directly into the sauce and leave them to cook through (use noodle instructions to gage timing on cook times). If the sauce seems too thick you can add water or chicken stock.
- Add all your toppings - coriander, fresh chilli, sliced fresh lime, peanuts - roughly chopped
Serve whilst hot and saucy!
