Using our Massaman Simmer Sauce, create the most decadent Massaman beef curry, Malaysian style.
You will need:
- One Foxes Den Massaman Curry Simmer Sauce pouch
- Oil for frying
- 500g Beef stew meat, diced
- 5 peeled potatoes
- Roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- Coriander for garnish
- Chilli for garnish
Method:
- Heat up oil in a pan and brown off beef chunks, add in potatoes and stir for 2 mins
- Pour over the Foxes Den Massaman Simmer Sauce and bring to a boil, add in brown sugar and fish sauce and reduce to a simmer. Cook on low for 15 mins or until potatoes are soft
- Once cooked, garnish with roasted peanuts, coriander and chilli
Serve with rice and enjoy!
