Massaman Beef Curry

Using our Massaman Simmer Sauce, create the most decadent Massaman beef curry, Malaysian style.

You will need:

  • One Foxes Den Massaman Curry Simmer Sauce pouch
  • Oil for frying
  • 500g Beef stew meat, diced
  • 5 peeled potatoes
  • Roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Chilli for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat up oil in a pan and brown off beef chunks, add in potatoes and stir for 2 mins
  2. Pour over the Foxes Den Massaman Simmer Sauce and bring to a boil, add in brown sugar and fish sauce and reduce to a simmer. Cook on low for 15 mins or until potatoes are soft
  3. Once cooked, garnish with roasted peanuts, coriander and chilli

Serve with rice and enjoy!
