Introducing Our 3 New High-Protein Salads

Introducing Our 3 New High-Protein Salads

Meet the newest members of the pack, our spring/ summer protein salads.

Lunch has been sorted for a while now - but we've just added three new salads that pull their weight far beyond what you'd expect from a lunchbox.

At the heart of all three is the same thing we never compromise on: proper free-range chicken. None of that dry, flavourless stuff you get in a sad desk-lunch salad. This is tender, generously portioned chicken that actually holds its own against the grains, greens and dressings around it. Free-range means better welfare for the birds and, honestly, better flavour too. It's the difference between a salad that fills a gap and one you actually look forward to.

Nuts About Noodles — 28g protein

Tender free-range chicken and noodles tossed through crunchy cabbage and cucumber, finished with a rich peanut miso dressing and a peanut sesame topping. It's got the comfort-food factor of a proper noodle dish with the protein numbers of a gym-bag meal

Royale Chicken — 28g protein

Spiced pilaf rice with free-range chicken, kale and a refreshing mint yoghurt dressing, finished with currants and pumpkin seeds. Bright, herby, and satisfying without being heavy.

Oh My Goodness — 24g protein

Ancient grains (brown rice, beluga lentils, quinoa) with free-range chicken, broccoli and zucchini, tossed in a zesty lemon dressing with a crunchy bagel seasoning on top. This one also carries an Excellent Source of Fibre.
