Miso Satay Pork Meatballs

A wholesome meal perfect for the whole family, spice it up with our Miso Satay meatballs and make it your own by serving with rice or risoni.

You will need:

  • One Foxes Den Miso Satay Simmer Sauce pouch
  • 500g pork mince or pork meatballs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (if using pork mince)
  • 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs (if using pork mince)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Fresh coriander. to garnish
  • Steamed rice or risoni, to serve

Method:

  1. If making your own meatballs - combine mince, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl and mix well. Form heaped tablespoons of mince mixture into 16 meatballs. 
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour Foxes Den Miso Satay Simmer Sauce over meatballs. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly and meatballs are cooked through. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or risoni
